Accord Quality Operations for Jira Service Management (“Accord”) is an independently published app. It helps support teams choose completed tickets, review them, and understand the results. Send privacy questions to privacy@accordquality.com.
Information Accord keeps
Accord keeps the following information for the Jira site where it is installed:
- Atlassian account IDs: unique codes Atlassian uses to identify administrators, reviewers, support team members, and people who make changes. Accord does not use email addresses to identify these people.
- Review settings: the plans, schedules, and Jira search rules created by an administrator.
- Review forms: the questions, rating choices, scoring rules, and passing score.
- Review records: assignments, scores, reviewer notes, supporting references, and reasons a review was marked as not counted.
- Ticket references: the ticket number or key and the identifying number of its Jira project.
Information Accord does not keep
Accord does not store ticket descriptions, comments, attachments, customer messages, customer email addresses, or complete copies of tickets. It shows ticket details directly from Jira while a person who already has access is reviewing them.
Why Accord uses this information
Accord uses the information only to choose tickets, assign reviews, calculate scores, show results, control who can use each feature, and keep a reliable history of finished reviews.
Where information is stored and shared
Accord is built on Atlassian Forge, the platform Atlassian provides for running apps inside Jira. Atlassian hosts Accord’s stored data. Accord does not send customer information to a separate hosting provider, analytics company, advertising service, or AI provider.
How long information is kept
Finished reviews remain in the review history so past results are not silently changed. Accord regularly checks for Atlassian accounts that have been closed. It removes closed accounts from the list of people who can use Accord and from private notes. If an old review must remain in the history, Accord replaces the closed account ID with a value that does not identify the person.
A Jira site administrator can uninstall Accord. After uninstalling, stored app data is handled according to Atlassian’s Forge platform and Marketplace terms.

You can use Atlassian’s account privacy tools. You can also contact privacy@accordquality.com to ask what Accord stores about you or request deletion where it is available.
