Using Accord

Provider-specific terms

The Accord-specific terms that supplement the standard agreement shown when the app is ordered or installed.

Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026

Part of the customer agreement. These terms supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) offered through the Atlassian Marketplace. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Standard Agreement. If these terms conflict with it, the conflict is handled as stated in the Standard Agreement.

1. Provider and Accord

“Provider” is Seena Sabti, an individual based in Maryland, United States. “Accord” is the current product name and does not identify a corporation, limited-liability company, partnership, or other separate legal entity. Accord Quality Operations for Jira Service Management (“Accord”) is an independently published Forge app for internal, human-led service-quality review.

Customer may use Accord for its internal business purposes within the scope of a valid Marketplace order or license. By ordering, installing, enabling, or using Accord, Customer agrees to the Standard Agreement and these terms. Required attributions are published in the Third-Party Software Notices.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customer is responsible for its users, Jira configuration and permissions, information entered into Accord, and use of review results. Customer must have the rights, notices, consents, and other authority required for its use of Accord and must comply with applicable law.

Accord supports human quality review and does not provide legal or human-resources advice. Customer must use independent human judgment and must not use Accord as the sole basis for a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. Customer must not submit credentials, payment-card data, government identifiers, health or biometric data, or other sensitive information that Accord is not designed to process. Customer must not misuse Accord, bypass its controls, disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

3. Data, privacy, and security

As between Provider and Customer, Customer retains its rights in Customer Data and authorizes Provider to process it as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support Accord, comply with law, and follow valid Customer instructions.

The Privacy Policy describes Accord’s data practices. The Data Processing Addendum applies when Provider acts as Customer’s processor or service provider. The Security Statement describes Accord’s security measures. These documents are incorporated into the customer agreement where applicable.

4. Atlassian services and Marketplace transactions

Accord is provided by Provider, not Atlassian. Atlassian does not sponsor, endorse, or guarantee Accord. Jira, Jira Service Management, Forge, Marketplace, and related services remain governed by Customer’s agreements with Atlassian, and Accord’s operation depends on those services.

Atlassian administers Marketplace orders, trials, licenses, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests under the applicable Marketplace terms and order. Customer should direct those matters, Atlassian-account problems, Jira problems, and Atlassian platform incidents to Atlassian Support. Uninstalling Accord does not itself change a Marketplace order or refund rule. Provider remains responsible for Accord’s own functionality, data practices, security, and support.

5. Support and availability

The Support and Service Level Policy is incorporated as Accord’s Support Policy and SLA. It describes support hours, scope, service goals, Atlassian dependencies, and applicable remedies.

For clarity, use under Accord’s $0 starter tier or a Marketplace evaluation or trial is use on a free or trial basis under Standard Agreement Section 18. Any support offered for that use is voluntary and provided on the reasonable best-effort basis stated in the Support Policy.

6. Changes and discontinuation

Provider may update Accord and these terms as permitted by the Standard Agreement, Marketplace requirements, and applicable law. Provider will honor active paid terms and any required notice or transition obligation. Changes will not apply retroactively unless the applicable agreement or law permits it.

7. Governing law and courts

Standard Agreement Section 19.2 is modified so that the Governing Law is the law of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any action must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Maryland. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

8. Contact

Submit legal notices through the Accord support portal or email support@accordquality.com. Provider may give operational or legal notice through Accord, Marketplace, the support portal, or an address associated with the order.
